In this document, "gb baji", "platform" and "service" refer to the online gaming and sports betting service operated at https://gb-baji.cam. "User", "member" or "you" refers to any person, registered or unregistered, who accesses or uses the service.

"Account" refers to the personal profile registered in a user's name, through which they can deposit, bet, withdraw and access other features. "Bonus" refers to promotional credit granted by gb baji subject to specific conditions. "Wagering" refers to the minimum number of times bonus funds must be bet before they become eligible for withdrawal.

"Winnings" refers to the total amount earned from a bet or game, including the original stake. "Net loss" refers to the amount remaining after subtracting total winnings from total losses over a given period.

To use gb baji's services, a user must meet the following conditions:

• Must be at least 21 years old and able to verify this with a national ID card or passport.
• Must register using their own name and must not provide any false information.
• Must not register or use the service from an area where online gaming is completely prohibited.
• Each person may open only one account — creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Any person under self-exclusion may not open a new account or use the service.

If a user accesses the service without meeting these eligibility requirements, gb baji reserves the right to cancel their account and freeze their balance at any time.

To open an account on gb baji, users must provide accurate and up-to-date personal information. Any false or incorrect information provided during registration may result in the account being cancelled.

3.1 Required Information

The following information is mandatory at the time of registration:

• Full legal name (as shown on the national ID card)
• Active mobile number (for OTP verification)
• Valid email address
• Date of birth (to confirm age of 21 or above)
• Strong password (at least 8 characters, including numbers and special characters)

3.2 Account Verification

After registration, gb baji may verify your identity before activating your account. This process may require a copy of your national ID card or passport. Certain features may be limited until verification is complete.

It is entirely the user's responsibility to keep their account secure. gb baji strongly advises against sharing login credentials with anyone.

• Your username and password must be kept strictly confidential and must not be shared with any third party.
• Using another person's account, or allowing another person to use your account, is strictly prohibited.
• If any suspicious activity is noticed on the account, the gb baji support team must be informed immediately.
• When logging in on a public device, you must log out at the end of the session.

gb baji will not be liable for any loss resulting from a security breach or unauthorised access to an account caused by the user's own negligence or carelessness.

5.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on gb baji is ৳200 (two hundred taka). Deposits can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. Bank transfers are supported from any scheduled bank in Bangladesh, including BRAC Bank and Dutch-Bangla Bank.

• Users must use a payment method registered in their own name.
• Using a third party's payment method is prohibited.
• gb baji reserves the right to verify the source of a deposit.

5.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800 (eight hundred taka). Withdrawals generally take between 30 minutes and 3 hours to process. bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer are available for withdrawals.

• The account must be fully verified before a withdrawal can be made.
• To withdraw funds obtained from a bonus, the required wagering conditions must be met.
• gb baji may suspend any withdrawal request if fraud or money laundering is suspected.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the deposit, unless instructed otherwise.

gb baji offers bonuses and promotional offers to members from time to time. Accepting these offers is subject to the specific terms set out below.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. To withdraw this bonus, wagering of 25 times the bonus amount must be completed. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000, and the wagering requirement is ৳2,000 × 25 = ৳50,000.

6.2 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus offer may not be claimed more than once unless specifically stated otherwise.
• Bonuses may only be used in your own account — they cannot be transferred to another account.
• If a withdrawal is made before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus will be cancelled.
• gb baji reserves the right to modify or discontinue any bonus offer at any time.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses by creating multiple accounts will result in all accounts and funds being forfeited.
• Wagering requirements also apply to winnings earned from bonus funds.

The following general rules apply to sports betting, live casino, slots and other games on gb baji:

7.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets will be settled based on the official result of the relevant event. If a match is abandoned or postponed, gb baji will settle bets in accordance with the applicable rules. Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled.

7.2 Live Casino and Slots

Minimum and maximum bet limits at live casino tables are set according to the rules of each individual table. Slot game outcomes are determined by RNG (Random Number Generator) technology, and each spin is independent and unaffected by previous results.

7.3 Technical Errors

If a technical error causes incorrect odds or payouts to be displayed, gb baji reserves the right to void the affected bet or game. In such cases, the user's original stake will be refunded.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the gb baji platform and may result in the immediate permanent closure of the account:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses or other benefits.
• Using the platform to launder money or conceal the source of illegal funds.
• Placing bets using bots, automated software or artificial intelligence.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another user's account.
• Exploiting any vulnerability or error in the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Accessing the service from a prohibited area using a VPN or proxy.
• Colluding with other users against fellow players.
• Making deposits or withdrawals using a third party's payment method.

• Suspicion of fraud or money laundering.
• Account information being found to be false or misleading.
• Failure to cooperate with the security verification process.
• By order of legal authorities.

Before closing an account, gb baji will attempt to give the relevant user reasonable notice, though immediate action may be taken in cases of serious rule violations. Any valid balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned to the user, unless it is subject to forfeiture.

These terms and conditions will be governed by applicable law. If any clause is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining clauses will continue to be in effect.
